Hope and help …we understand as few others can
There is a message of hope and help in the program of Al-Anon Family Groups. Anyone who was once lonely, lost and helpless because of someone’s drinking, today have courage and confidence in themselves through Al-Anon and Alateen. They have discovered friends who understand, as few others can. They have found the tools to help themselves - which can indirectly help their alcoholic relatives or loved ones. Contentment, and even happiness, is possible whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not.

About Al-Anon
Al-Anon is a fellowship of people who have been affected by the alcohol abuse of a loved one.
About Alateen
Alateen is a fellowship of young Al-Anon members, usually teenagers, whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking.

Almost all of us had questions before coming to our first meeting, but we all took that small step to recovery and decided to come.
